How the QuickBooks Online integration works

What data we access

RocoFinance uses read-only access to QuickBooks Online. We read your accounts receivable and payable, invoices, bills, inventory, and profit & loss to generate forecasts. We never create, edit, move, or post anything in your books.

Your data is safe

• Connection is made through Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 authorization — no password sharing.
• Access is read-only; we never change your QuickBooks Online data.
• Your data is kept private and is never sold or shared.
• You can disconnect at any time from within RocoFinance, which revokes our access immediately.
